Thor passive heal skills

For thor passive skills blessed electro and blessed water, do they work in new new events, time portal and holy sword temple? I have blessed electro and tried holy sword temple out a few times and has not worked yet. I know it's only a 10% chance to work but if they do work, I will probably buy blessed water skill. Since thor is my main and only merged sylph, I will want all the healing I can get for time portal

Well, my Tenacity (Wind & Water) did worked on my Frigga last time I did Time portal so I guess Blessed electro do work, or at least in time portal.
Edit: It also just saved my team on holy sword temple so I think it's safe to say that it work pretty much everywhere.
