This. VIP/Balens are used to make "life" easier for gamers. You spend less time.
In a way, it is money-time tradeoff.

If you don't spend money, you've gotta have a hell lot of time to spend in game to be competitive.
If you spend money, then you can spend lesser time in game to be competitive.
