cant log using yahoo or hotmail

one of my friend for some reason cannot access an account if using yahoo or hotmail as login info but fine with gmail,rocketmail etc,so my question is if there is anyone can solved this issue?

Is there any sort of error they are getting?

If you could have them or you could post a screenshot of the error if there is one, that'd be helpful as well.

the loading stop at 49% and wont move even if she wait like 15 minutes but strangely she can log to other server with that account but not server 3.

R2 game obviously and she using all kind of browser also client and not working, it just funny how the game wont load fully only in server 3 but load fine with other server, dunno whats going on here.

There's several platforms under the R2 umbrella, so I had to ask. Is she having an issue with logging in, as the first post says, or just having an issue with accessing S3?

I would recommend sending in a ticket for assistance if she's only having an issue accessing a single server. I'd need to see the error message if she's having an issue accessing the account itself.
