transferring Balens

If and when I move server say form server 65 to 90 will by balens be transferred to the newer Server as I have over 1K.

That seems to be an awful shame. It is not possible or are you just being not helpful? It does say in-game "Dear Valued Customer"

That doesn't seem right. If I have paid for them surely I should be able to take them even if I have my old account deleted.
