on the screenshot you posted, the code is not for wartune. wartune's code are 20 straight alphanumeric letter/numbers without a space/hypen.

For those looking in with apparently the same issue, there is also another possible cause...as in past events.
Sometimes, only R2Games servers are included in these events.
So, if you're like me, you might just have received the same kind of message if you are on, say, a Kabam or Armorgames server, (not sure if Miniclip is still around,) but the code should work perfectly well on an R2Games server.
Disappointing for the many of us who play the game through those other hosts that we aren't getting these same rewards again.
