If the guild you are battling surrenders or is disbanded before the battle you get an instant win and can't enter the guild battle. You won't however get any rewards for winning. This is unfair for the guild that won and needs to be changed. I have already submitted a ticket but others should know about this and be prepared not to get anything for winning.
