How about stop creating new ones instead of merging?

Both are needed now. They created way too many that merging is a necessity to keep the game alive. There should be no more than 8 servers per part of the world. 8 servers in East, West, Oceanic, and GMT, That is plenty and maybe even still pushing it with the population this game has. 100 servers with hardly anyone on each one is stupid.
