the exp mount go to the new mount??????

yes, the stats stack, so you never will lose the exp

lol.. you only get an added stat for a new mount.. it stacks on to your free lvl40 mount (the only mount you can upgrade). Special mounts are just for face / appearance. you dont upgrade them nor need exp for them
