Support some special characters

Hi,

I would suggest wartune should support some popular special characters in chatting system like: <, >, etc. By supporting this, we would save a lot of words when chatting like instead of write ... less than ... you just write ... < ...

< and > USED to work well in the wartune chat system, but for an unknown reason, since 1.45 patch, instead of showing > or < it shows &gt; or &lt;

*Tip if you were using <> for pointing like: <---- you can simply use ← which is alt + 2 7 on keypad. again, if you wanted "superior" ↑ alt 2 4 will do the trick. for inferior: ↓ alt 2 5.
