What is the 2nd slot next the eudaemon delphic for? Hotkey F. I've seen in videos some have a skill there.

F is to use the 2nd Delphic skill (Eud) that is set at the Skills section of the Eudaemon panel. If no 2nd Delphic is set, it's blanked out (as pictured).Vicious! Approach with Caution!
