How to get transfer code in new server from old server?

I wonder if we lost account with the transfer to another server? or kill both accounts

Same problems the code doesn’t work on new server says its expired and my old server it lvl 80 I didn’t played like 1 year
old server s190 and the new server s869
every one on the new server they says the code working but mine not u can see in screenshots
can sort out soon as possible
i opened ticket and nobody look at it

Neither. You start completely over, or apply it to any character that's under lvl 55 on the same account, and receive bonuses based your old account. The new character must be under lvl 55 to get the rewards from old character. lucky for me new server started yesterday :P

My new char was 55 on s746 so icon had gone.so i couldnt do it.

Same account. New character is level 63. Code still doesn't work. Ticket still being dealt with.

Did you use the code while logged into the same account you claimed it from? Is your new character over lvl 55?

My old character not played for months. my new toon on 746 is lvl63 currently.
Still awaiting 3rd reply from ticket having answered the previous 2 replies.

Just one question (curiosity): New server as in any server we choose or the new ones that were released recently?

The requirements for getting the icon: Level 55 and above players who have been offline for 15 or more days.

If you meet that requirement and still don't have an icon, please send in a ticket.

tatt2 offline over 15 days logged onto s639 few days ago ..no icon..logged on again today no icon ..i dont have that icon on any server that i have played ...please help i'd like to start a new server adn become active again but its not lettin me get that icon

It's a return player event, you have to be offline for 15 days to get the icon. Were you offline for 15 days?

I used referral code be cause I do not have icon ''Veteran Welfare'' in my old server and no my character is not lvl 55 yet.
