I think th OP was referring to opening up a seconds skill set slot, not just one titan slot.

The online-rewards gives the mats to unlock that. I have unlocked all slots without the use of balens.

Yeah, I noticed that a while ago thinking it would be pretty handy to have, but at that price? No way. Probably never if it continues to cost real money, I can just rearrange the titans manually on the occasions I need something different.
If bb were usable there, I would definitely buy it, though.
