who is support are they players or customer service reps from r2 cuz the tickets I send in lately they ask the most stupid questions like when was ticket made or ave you got a screenshot even tho i sent it with ticket

Customer service reps from R2. Are you being asked when the ticket was made, or when the issue happened? Not everyone sends a ticket on the day they experience an issue, so being asked when something happened is not unreasonable. The screenshot thing could be either that the screenshot included wasn't sufficient, or was a request for whatever the rest of the ticket's reply was about.
lol like they ever didnt reply in to most silly or stupid way .. better to make fuss on forum and have memory act .. thats more productive then write a report wait 5 days get a silly reply and repeat untill ur between 6 planks and still get silly replys

Depends on the issue really. It's best to come to the forum about games bugs or issues that affect a lot of people. But for behavior, payment, or account issues, there's not much I can do to help with that besides poke someone if you haven't gotten a reply to a ticket.
