How do you get lucky cards and lucky chests in the newest servers? Is lucky cards the only way to get the cloths we used to get with 50, 60 and 70 legend gear?

They have it on the newest east coast server 762 barrage lands, appears to be the only way to get the cloth's we used to get with 50, 60 and 70 legend sets

Your new way of doing the new servers seems to be poorly planned and poorly thought out, I hope someone can make sense out of it, as the old going says "don't fix it if it ain't broke", was nothing wrong with old way of doing the new servers.Live long and prosper.Comment

Lucky Chest is located in the Hot tab of the Shop, for 39 balens each. As of this moment, it's located in the first box on page 2. Lucky Chests are used in the Lucky Chest Lucky Exchange. They don't seem at all related to Legendary Gear, however.
In the future, a screenshot makes everything go faster. To take a screenshot, press the Print Screen button on your keyboard, open Paint and then right click the blank page and select Paste. Crop the image down to what you need and save it. Then you can upload it to the forum using the Image options in the reply box, or upload it to an image hosting service, such as photobucket, imgur, tinypic.
