Legendary equips..

since legendary equip is hard to synthesize, i suggest give it additional stats..its cost more than a normal equips..example lvl 40 legendary ring set cost 50 legendary shard and 5 legendary ring shard which cost 80each (x5 = 400)..that cost of level 50 ring..so others will think not to create since its difficult and no additional stats except that can be enchant to 21..but still lvl 50 ring is better..hope you understand what i mean..

the refine stats are much higher on legendary items and they can have 4 sockets

also the max bonus stat received from a stat is also increased (I.E, if the original says power +10, leg will be +15)
