Which major fail event are you speaking of? Are you talking about the one that everyone in the whole game demanded they remove? That's probably not coming back, because everyone in the whole game demanded it be removed. Sorry.

wartopia orso that 1hour lag fest where they hided those penants stuff in soewhere last year and they refuse to give them back in shops they are really morrons only thing they can do right is fixing all the stuff related to recharge and spend.. the other stuff they dun care about or able to fix way to bad that;s there no way to undo all the recharges ingame.....

We had several pages of threads immediately following the first, and only, instance of Wartopia, along with hundreds of tickets, and hundreds of players who made sure the mentors knew their thoughts as well. The only people who didn't demand Wartopia be removed from the game were the ones on Oceanic servers, where the event functioned perfectly fine. No one knows why it went wrong for the rest of us, and so, the event was removed. As there was not a single nice thing said about the event, the rewards, the time, the play style, and so on, I don't see the devs wasting their time trying to fix it since the community was overwhelmingly unanimous about not wanting it in the game.

their solution to trouble or problems is if we cant fix we delete event as they allready did with many other pvp events

Not hard at all, however, the items aren't intended for other shops so they won't be put back into them. Perhaps a new event in a future patch will give us more things we are looking for.

you can get pennants in sky-trail and in zodiac palace for free just have to take the effort to do them and never saw pennants them self anyway in any shop.
you can get the resonance crystals in rumble but doubt you meant those
only 1 we can not get from shops etc are the pennant ascension stones. think those are the 1's you talk about
