Screenshots of people bothering others for accounts are dealt with via ticket. No one cares about toons that are played, but they don't get account, missing item, etc, support if they are shared.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5

So what R22289894 states says it already.... they do not care as long toon shows active for there statistics ...same as sharing the toons they do not care even so it give's a pretty advantage (specially when in diff time zone's) over the players who do not share accounts. As long he $ keeps rolling R2/7road does not give a rat as s about it

There's a list of information that's required before any changes to an account are made, and only in rare situations is an email address changed by R2. Not saying it never happens, as some people come prepared, but it's rare. If an email address was never verified on the account, however, then anyone with access can verify any email address they want, without needing to contact R2 at all. That said, none of the involved parties receive assistance if something happens to the account or if a dispute arises over it later.
Reporting such violations requires a screenshot, generally one that admits to it, before it will be looked at, and there's nothing anywhere that says punishment will be an automatic ban. To have it be any other way only encourages people on a witch hunt hoping to be rid of opponents they can't beat by reporting them all for sharing, which does happen quite often, and bogs down the ticket system so that someone with a legitimate issue has to suffer from a longer delay because the entire staff would be too busy researching such claims to do anything else. It's less about not caring, and more about priorities.
The OP posted a screenshot of someone begging for an account. That's a completely different situation from an account take over, and it's handled differently as well.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
