Suggestion for low mage build (non casher)

Im considering this as a good hybrid build for PVP and cata.

Please leave questions as to why any particular skills and comments on changes you would make.

i would get rid of damnation, get castinator maxed, meteor at level 1 and puri at level 1, you need puri at 45+ md runs. Also drop rof down to 3

hm im thinking damnation for guaranteed dmg against all targets and -% then rof gets 20% dmg boost 3-4

you said non casher, so my way is for non cashers, your way is for cashers with 2 tree's.....

remove damnation
puri is a must

I won't go for damnation because meteor, purification and blessed light is a must.
