It depends on how that skill works. The way it reads, it looks like it does that to yourself and not the enemy.

I know that, i put that name to the topic ironically, why would a 120lvl skill be so useless? The only way i see that to work is 2nd skill to be a %dmg reflect, the more dmg he deals to you the more damage you reflect, with a healer would be ok, but this? This isnt ok.
