The event will run, but we do not have the dates for it yet.

Maybe MemoryLane can update us on this, after patch 9 there seems to be interest from many of us who went out to come back, if the event returns, and combine the fresh spending with the benefits of the returning player boost? We would greatly appreciate the feedback.

We won't know exactly when this event will run until it's posted. We also won't be told if there's no plans to continue this event. But, looking at past event dates, it tends to happen twice a year for 2 weeks at some point between June and August and then again between December and February, so keep an eye out on News and Events for that post.
