I sent an approval mail to r2 rita about becoming mentor like 5-6 weeks ago however they didnt respond me positively or negatively to my mail. So is GM_Magik can check this thread? I would be really appreciated if they see this. I tried to send them PM on forum however they didnt even responded my PM there

Based on your ingame behavior, current ingame punishments, in combination with forum behavior and current forum punishments, you do not qualify for the mentor program. You will not be contacted by the GMs. Please do not send private messages to GMs, Mentors, or Admins unless directed to do so by the person in response to a posted thread.
