Why are we still not allowed to sell certain items from inventory; like green pennants(gain tons of them in sky trail) ,and pennant engraving stone's(gain tons of them when recycle the green 1's)

yes but a really ridicules way to do to get them first out of inventory then enchant then sell ..... should be easy just to be able to sell straight out of inventory
