Nov 17 2019 Hot Events item A bag of flour

OK, I've looked everywhere in the hot events and even though we're able to get items with the above hot event item, I can't find anywhere you can get the bag of flour. I'm a non-casher but I even looked through the casher items and I see nothing. So.... what's the gag? how do you get this item? thanks!
