What is this title that a few players said they got a code for in their email and why isn't it for everyone.

Once upon a time ago, we had a functional platform where you could opt into receiving promotional mails from R2. If you were lucky enough to slide in during those days, and never clicked the unsubscribe button on those mails, then under certain circumstances, you receive mails that often contain codes. Sometimes not logging in for a while will trigger a mail, and sometimes there's one sent when there's a patch. I looked at the mails I currently have, and I don't see a title included. iam not receiving any promotional emails now i have only recived one couple years ago but noone now why is that
