    Question regarding bound email account

    Hello, all of the following questions assume the person remembers his email which is bound to Wartune but has lost access to it...
    So my first question is how bad is it if someone loses access to his email address(the bound email address)
    ?
    If he loses or forgets the password can he still login or reset his password without having access to his email account?
    How easy or hard is it to change the bound email address if the person lost access to his email account provided he can give accurate information about everything else on his character?
    Can support tickets or payments be made if a person doesn't have access to his email account?

    All I can suggest is explain the situation with the email address, and ask if they can help you. They will let you know what information they need from you to verify ownership.

    Ok thanks for the answer , I lost access because someone got hold of it so it's a tough situation. I don't want them to one day change the password, that's why I was wondering if my bound email can be changed. I can give all the details they need to prove that the account is mine(can also screenshot or even live stream if they want). I can log in just fine right now but my only concern is that they might change the password

    It depends on what you mean by lost access to the email account. If you lost access due to inactivity and it was closed, then that's not bad. If you lost access because it was fake in the first place, then also not that bad. If you lost access because someone else has it, then that's potentially bad since they can always reset your password.

    If you lose or forget your password, you can't reset your own password as the link goes to email. You would need to contact support for password assistance.

    It's hard to change the bound email. For security reasons, there are very few reasons support will accept for changing the bound email. I can't list those reasons, you would have to explain your situation to support and ask if they will do it.

    You can contact support when you don't have access to the account email. The top field is the account email, but the 'email' field you type into is the email address you want your ticket reply to be sent to. Your payment email address should always be one you have access to - never continue to use an email address you don't have access to for any payment related activity anywhere online. Payment email is something you would set up with your payment provider, and is not related to R2.
