There are a bunch of things that have seasons for which the guild needs to sign up each season.
Castle Wars, Guild Siege, Outlands, and so on.
While it's a finite number, these things no longer end at the same time each month, sometimes without "warning" like e-mail, and in spite of us asking each other what we need to sign back up for now...we typically seem to miss something.
Tonight, not for the first time, it's Castle Wars. Sure, we'll get it tomorrow, but we didn't get it today. Others, like Siege, end whenever they end.
How about a checklist for the guild's GM? Something that pops up with a list of what's not signed up for. Have it be one of those things that shows up on the page with the guild member list or with guild buildings somewhere. One stop, no guessing games, should be really easy to poll this info for the guild and put it in front of the GM.
