I'm starting on a new server, and I saw that when reaching level 15 it releases Archeology which is very cool and has great prizes, but I noticed that the Level 60 Legendary Stones to open them needs to literally be level 60, which makes it difficult get the legendary stones of level 70 to complete the epic equipment on a new server, since it only takes archeology and campaigning, but as I am camping, the level ends up complicating since I cannot campaign because of the experience, and I would think it would be nice to decrease the level required to open these types of items.

You may check them in Blacksmith > Synthesize Equipment (Guide)
1. Novice Equipment need Lvl 6 Crystaloid
2. Novice Equipment Legend needs Lvl 70 Legendary Stone
3. Advanced Equipment needs Lvl 80 Legendary Stone
Don't think you need Lvl 60 Leg Stone. Focus in getting those 3 items (Lvl 6 Crystaloid, Lvl 70 and Lvl 80 Leg Stone - can get in campaign and dungeon. -
you click on lvl 60 legendary and you get legendary lvl 70 items
