i don't think so, i'm vip but its market, market isn't a vip building so as long as you have balens you should be able to get it. Not sure though never rly been without vip.

it is unfair, im in server 67, the level 5 gem price in mystery shop is 895 balens, how this level 7 gem only ask for 395 balens????!!!

To clarify,
Level 4 gem is 895 Balens
Level 5 gem is 3595 Balens
Level 6 gem is 195 Balens
Level 7 gem is 395 Balens.

It is the way it is, regardless of which server you are on.
