    Will I be reimbursed?

    Hi,

I've been actively keeping up to date with the current issues with the server and legal case. I was wondering if I would be reimbursed a % of the money I invested in this game. The sum of money is quite large and well, I wasn't aware that the investment would suddenly be taken away without warning or prior notice.

It appears you did get a reply on December 9th, about 15 minutes after you submitted the ticket. They were unable to accommodate the request for Game of Thrones and listed the two games they could provide accommodations on. I believe if you send in a new ticket and ask for a gift code from being a Wartune player, they will send you one, but it's definitely not going to be a replacement for the balens.

No one got prior notice about the closure of the game, including R2, otherwise there would have been posts as there are for other games, but there still wouldn't have been a refund. The best they do is give bonuses based on the recharge history in select other games, but I do believe the promotion for those is already over. Any disputes about any money you have spent would need to be directed to your financial institution.

I read a while ago that class action suits in the US didn't get anywhere because the ruling was virtual property does not constitute legal property. I guess i've always looked at cashing games the same way i looked at spending money in restaurants and bars.
