cheat/hack and cant file ticket

ok for some reason can not file a ticket it says player name not found in that server trying to report hackers/cheat in server S94 tons of cheats all around anywheres from astro to event mounts from way back to jumping 2 to 3 levels a day pls check out the server it is getting out of controll big time all a sudden ppl coming up with special mounts you can only get from events with cards ty for your time like i said ive been trying to submit ticket but cant and getting fustrated trying to
