i can't recharge my vip because you can't repair your system, i've tryed for over a week now and it doesn't work

i purchesed it, it didn't took my money, but it says the transaction was succesfull and it sayd to check in my account at My R2 in the Order History section, but i have no history of this transaction, wich means the vip recharging system is broken again and they didn't fix it, as always

and besides, i already tried submitting a ticket but i don;t have the transaction order number because i didn't receive any e-mail regarding the transaction
