G.M communication to members

I'm finding it really hard to communicate to all my members
and no way in cats hell im paying 175balens to do that, this should be free !
if i have to set tree times, gb teams or general stuff i have to try
put it in the small guild announcement panel.
makes life really hard.
really needs sorting, u just make this game too unsociable.

Okay you have a couple options.. First set up your own website that allows mass emailing of members. You can also use the small box on the guild chat to put some information, use both the guild info and the guild announcement and make it succint. You can also make a Facebook page for your guild and have information posted there or you can have a program like Raidcall where you can post information in the room announcements... Lots of options if you just look.

tried before, great for first week, then folk never use it.
should not need to open another tab anyway.

Well most players are on FB anyway so u can make ur own FB page and chat all u want with them give important announcements (as long as its not too important)

or u can just announce it when ur doing ur daily guild tree

keep guild tree after WB so most players are active
