help talents

i'm a lvl 52 archer. got my talents already

my holy seal is lvl5 and i recently upgraded my stealth.
but i cant swap my talents and want to use my new talent

can someone help me?

swap talents? they are passives, some are standard passives and some where they will trigger. Holy Seal automatically gets place in the far right spot on skill bar, to use the skill you press Q

the talents on the outside ring are Active all the time, they will periodically activate during battle, you do not need to equip them.

but when i am battaling i dont see my stealth coming out

its 5% you may not always notice it that often, its 5 points off of every 100 taken.
