Guild shop question about legend stones limit.

So we just got the shop upgrade and it seems the legend stones are avelable for only 5 a person, do's this mean you can only do it once or wil it reset after a period?

Also would like to know if we all think its a bummer you cant just buy what you please I mean we work hard for upgrades and sutch so why cap it of at 5?
