Can Level 40 Legendary Coins Be Synthesized to Level 50?

I went ahead and went with the 50 level harpy jewels and rings. It takes a massive amount of gold to enchant them to +18. I was wondering if I can convert or synthesize level 40 coins before I sell them? Thanks

If you are referring to the legendary stones then you cannot synthesize them.
