question about archer's talent.

i wonder the scrutiny talent(Arrow strikes has a chance to increase your crit damage by 10%) really works. it sayse crit damage so it adds 10% damage on crits wheter its a skill or normal attack. but i dont feel the 10% additional damage when i hit multi shot or any crit. hmmmm

again it is hard to check .. because ur damage varies by a certain % every time.. but i guess it is working as i found that some times my max critic increased after i got that blue lightening thing beside me

that particular Talent only sometimes activates you'll notice a small icon beside you when it activates, it is not a consistent always on damage, but more of an occasional addition.
