              VIP lvl 9 is hard to achieve so for the sake of sport i say give the players who hit VIP lvl 9 a gift pack ONCE

              the gift pack contains of :

              socketing rods x 6
              crypt keys x 9
              mount training whips x 30
              soul crystals x 200
              VIP tokens x 50
              skeleton keys x 100 and finally
              lvl 60 legendary stones x 100

              This pack can be recieved ONCE after hitting lvl 9 VIP

              if u think u can get the pack again by not being a VIP for more than a month and then hope that if u become VIP again and hit lvl 9 can get this pack well ur dead wrong

              this is an unabuseable pack all the objects are bound

              This should keep the new VIP lvl 9 happy and those who already are lvl 9 VIPs well they will recieve it immediately after they log in after it has been implemented

              i hope this can make everyone happy
