so what good about that when lightning bolt has no rage consumption after all?

Bolt are just the one that trigger it.

So, it lessen cost on another skill like Rain of Rire, Meteor, etc.

But~~
that happen when your focus active.
It's not active with every single bolt.
But still a chance just like how castinator work.

Because bolt is the main rage tool and focus triggers a lot (in my experience) for a 5% it says.

I just love focus + castinator + rings ^^
