its useless to be over 70k BR. She can't pass lv12 in necro. She can't pass lv70 MP nm. that one requires 4 people to be 100k BR. So...she is half dead. Appraisal finished.

Untrue. I can think of at least 3 situations where higher BR is desirable - even at that level.

No one can argue that player doesn't work on his character, and please don't start that balen argument, as farming materials for FULL legendary equipment is pain in the rear end, no matter money spent, EVERYONE needs to farm like crazy to get those said pieces.

Now, the question @ 100$: are there stats potted or not? (lol)
