Need to be able to swap weapons with guild members thru vault, if you leave or get kicked from guild then you lose your( stuff but gets returned thru mail. also
need to bank money so you dont lose it when attacked in wilds. or at least limit how much they can take from you. have another guild page for rules and regulations of guild.

Swapping weapons? So a heavy casher can get legendary equipment and sell it to a lower level? That could very well kill the game as you have to hunt and fight to earn your equipment...
What do you mean with leaving or being kicked from the guild? Like you said, you don't lose the stuff, it's just being send to you by mail.
As for banking money: guild contribution?
You only lose 10% of what you have when you are being plundered.

More ways for displaying text to guild members is something I see as useful, yup.

It's limited to 10% of however much gold you logged out with or have currently if you're online.

some more space for guild notifications is a good idea...

Swapping anything is bad, weapons wouldn't need to be farmed. Crystaloids... well, let's just leave it at that.
