Percentages of Damage, + Physical Damage?

I'm confused by the percentages of damage and the + physical damage aspect on top of it. What do these stats mean exactly?

Example: Arrow Strike 100% +205 physical damage. or Lunitic Fire: Deals 134% physical damage to each enemy. Thanks

If you have 1500 dmg and use arrow strike with 100%+205, that becomes 1500*1+205=1705.

all the added damage is completely useless 50+

the +800 from meteor (lvl 4)can be handy sometimes, but that's about it
