in the balen shop ? no but you can buy the transposer scrolls to make them....

in the market, yes but good luck cos they are almost as rare as level 7 gems wins on the vip wheel

If you mean the Mystery Shop, yes you can.
The trick is to wait until they come up for sale.
But, you can only buy one at a time and.....they ae HORRIBLY expensive.....

Correction, expensive for lvl 5.
But lvl 6 and 7 are... cheap. Very cheap considering how they barely show up =="
