The level 50 set is better on base and you can make it epic as well. So it's worth the cost to start the transfer over from 40 to 50. But do not replace the 40s with the 50s til the stats are at or above what you have from the 40 enchanted fully.

well i don't have the 40 or 50 yet im still using the Recharge pack ones but i am not sure which i should buy the 40 and try to make it epic since it will be easier to do or wait for the 50 (atm im 47)Comment

honestly.. I'd buy the 50 if you can now and start enchanting. Just skip the 40 if you are that close to 50 now.
