TBH, I think African with same time line with European and there are a lot of languages and there is no common except Arabic for north Africa, or English or France in general, and economy of most African countries make open new server not worth for R2, so i don't think its possible to make it from R2, so if u asking for time, it will be same of European.IGN: TheVictor
