Knight with Magic Attack?

Would a knight with magic attack do anything, just curious as we have the option to put magic attack on any tried this?

matk doesnt do anything for knight, int does do + mdef...

MATK boosts any magical attacks a character makes... so in a knights case it would boost runes...

Im a knight and like ginger pointed out boosts mdef although very little beter off making level 5-6 mdef gems and opening full sockets and refine your gear to get mdef,pdef,block,hp,and patk..
