I am currently in this guild where the officials are inactive specially the guild master. Is there anything that we can do to change the officials and guild masters? Is there any admin that can kick them out? I would really appreciate you help everyone.

You can't do anything about inactive guild master. But if he's inactive for 7 days, the system will automatically start the process for an election of a new guild master.
The total duration from the start to the end is 13 days.
It's better you find a new guild.Officially retired from Wartune and Forums.
