Do talents have to be sloted?

No. The only active talent you have is holy seal and its already slotted in your skill bar. All the others are passives that either trigger when something happens or are always going in the back ground.

Hahaha never heard of it but the name comes for Emperor Frederick I of the Holy Roman Empire. He was called Barbarossa because of his red beard and that name was given to him by the Italians.
