Holy Seal: How does it Pick a Target?

Just got Holy Seal... so i have a couple of questions:

- Does Holy Seal ONLYwork on players?
- it says something for the target description like "Prominent Player" (i'm usually a bit busy at that time to jot it down verbatim...hehe)?
-How does it select the target?

Stun works only on players. You can't stun a monster.

Target selection is random.

i assume then it doesn't work against troops either, and will always select a player...

i just wish the a.i, would use it when you get attacked in arena, a.i. uses all your attacks so why not use the stun too? just a thought.....
