new troops

what level are the new troops going to be? i hear rumors of level 70 but i think everyone assumes that they are going to be level 50 so can someone PLEASE clear this up for me?! thank you

They are level 50 troops, if u see ur barracks u can find out why, lancers lvl 10, paladin 20, etc
