Red astros in new patch?

Hey guys, i've seen the patch guide and it mentioned improved astro capture, but nothing about the new red astros. So i was wondering, are we getting them in this patch or are they missing, like the spire?

Maybe someone from the first servers could shed some light on this: are we getting them or not?
